Almond Oil:  Is one of the best natural skin moisturizers because of its lightness—it moisturizes dry skin without leaving it greasy. A healthy natural way to reduce dry skin inflammation, redness and itchiness, almond oil is an ideal moisturizer for those with psoriasis, eczema, allergies and easily irritated skin (if you're not allergic to almonds or tree nuts). For aging skin, almond oil is also a good way to tighten the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, puffiness and under the eye shadows and darkness.
Almond Meal:  Can be used to brighten and repairs damaged skin tissues and speed up the cell-renewal process, thereby, resulting in enhanced radiant skin.  Almonds contain anti-oxidants which ward off skin-damaging free radicals and toxins from your body.  Almonds are rich in Alpha tocopherol, and a major source of vitamin E, which eases off wrinkles and fine lines to keep your skin young and supple smooth.

Honey:  Acne - honey is naturally antibacterial, so it's great for acne treatment and prevention.  Aging - full of antioxidants, it is great for slowing down aging.  Complexion boost - it is extremely moisturizing and soothing, so it helps create a glow.  Pores - honey is clarifying because it opens pores making them easy to unclog.

Oats:  Has astringent properties and helps draw oil out of the skin. Using oats in handmade soaps can restore the skin's natural pH and will not interfere with the effectiveness of other skincare products or treatments.  Finely ground oats are a natural exfoliant gentle enough to use every day. By exfoliating dead skin cells, the soap will unclog your pores and improve the texture and appearance of your skin. Removing accumulated dead skin also enables moisturizers to penetrate to deeper layers of the skin, so they can be more effective at combating dry skin and preventing premature aging.

Flaxseed Oil:  While flaxseed oil is great to apply on an everyday basis, one of the reasons why beauty professionals around the world prefer this oil is because of its reputation of fighting free radicals. These free radicals prevent `oxidative damage'. By including flaxseed in your diet, you can fight the free radicals which develop because of the constant exposure to sunlight and the harmful UV rays of the sun.

Castor Oil:  This lovely oil has quite a few of beneficial qualities for the skin. This oil nourishes and moisturizes the skin beautifully. While many cosmetic oils are good for moisturizing, this oil is one that reaches down deep into the skin.  Most soap makers would agree that use of castor oil for soap making swear by its effectiveness for adding an amazing lather and great moisturizing properties to the finished product.

Sunflower Oil:  Suitable for all skin types, this oil is especially helpful in repairing dry, weather damaged skin.  Once applied, it provides a protective barrier that holds in moisture and improves the skin’s appearance.  It's light scent and texture make it a good choice for use in handmade soaps and where quick absorption is required.  Being less expensive doesn't mean less worthy. This oil is chock full of good things like Vitamins A, B, D and E and is super high in Oleic acid which makes it a great moisturizer and conditioner.

Coconut Oil:  Coconut oil provides hardness, cleansing, and bubbly lather.  First, coconut oil is very moisturizing and is great for caring for dry skin.  Coconut oil can protect your skin from becoming painfully cracked and dry.  Furthermore, coconut oil has been known to improve many kinds of skin issues that you may or may not be aware of.  Since coconut oil has fatty acids this cosmetic wonder can reduce inflammation both inside and outside.

Shea Butter:  Reputedly made popular by Egyptian queen Nefertiti, who is thought to credit her beauty to regular use of the plant butter, shea butter is an African treasure with fascinating origins.  Derived from the nut of the Karite tree native to Western Africa, shea butter is a natural product rich in fatty acids and vitamins.  The rich, ivory-colored fatty butter derived from the nuts is easily absorbed by the human body, enriching skin and hair naturally without the need for artificial chemicals.  The five (5) main benefits of use of shea butter are:  weather protection, maximum moisture, actively age-defying, holistically healing & gentle for everyone.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil:  Very moisturizing, Hypoallergenic (for people with sensitive skin), Acne treatment, Antioxidant, Rich in Vitamin E, Wound cleaning, Suited for baby’s skin, Vegan.  Extra Virgin Olive oil contains a high level of un-saponified oils and it is these un-saponified oils that have been the basis for much research into the benefits of Extra Virgin Olive oil soap on the skin and the topical application of Extra Virgin Olive oil.

Vitamins A & E:  The best vitamins for the skin are vitamins A, B2, B3, B12, E and vitamin C. These nutrients combined in handmade lye soaps contribute to the formation of healthy skin as well as to the repair of skin.  E - Encourages healing of skin and reduces scarring from injury. Overall, vitamin E shields skin from damage due to its protective properties. It also boosts the immune system. It is especially beneficial for sensitive skin.  A - Protects against UV damage and slows signs of aging.  It encourages healthy skin cell production.  It protects against infection.  It smooths wrinkles.  It evens skin tone and gives you a glow.  It clears up acne.

Watercress Seed Oil:  Watercress is a healing oil and is no newbie to the health scene. Dating back to the father of medicine, Hippocrates, who used watercress to cure his patients, this is one plant that has proven goodness. It’s filled with naturally-occurring vitamin K, C, A, B6 and potent antioxidants.  Ten (10) reasons to get friendly with Watercress Seed oil:  UV protectant, protects from skin cancer, stimulates hair growth, prevents hair loss, stimulates brow growth, great moisturizer, powerful anti-aging serum, natural skin detoxifier, clears up acne and treats more serious skin conditions, e.g., eczema, rosacea, and psoriasis.

Black Seed Oil:  Every part of the (Black) seed is blessed! It has value, and nothing should be wasted. However, we have this concentrated deep buttery residue which is left after the seed pressing process. There must be something that can be done with this. Hence, we made soap.  Black seed oil is good for treating eczema, among other things.  Black Seed Oil acts as a natural preservative, it has natural (unique) color and a neutral Ph balance, making the soap more gentle and balanced. We have deliberately, kept this fragrance free, making it less irritant to those with sensitive skin.
